Thank you for your order with us. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

• Products will be billed in USD. You can view the conversion via currency converter app. 
• Any local import duties, custom duties, taxes, brokerage fees etc at the time of delivery are the responsibility of the receiving customer. 
• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Our shipping charges will be based on the delivery zones.
• We will try to ship out your orders within 2 to 3 business days after receiving your order.
• Your product will be delivered by UPS and normally take around 15 days.
• If wrong or undeliverable address is provided, we will not be responsible for the package loss during delivery.
• If you are in the country that is not within our e-commerce shipping zone, please contact us directly at nvgindiacse@essilorindia.com.
• For orders to the United States, please note that it is meant for own practice usage only, not for trading.

• All local taxes are inclusive
